Booking and prices
- Can I change or cancel my booking? You can cancel for a full refund up to the notice period shown on your confirmation, and inside that window we are not able to refund, because your place and materials are already set aside. You can move your booking instead if you let us know before the deadline on your confirmation, once per booking. A session nobody attends and nobody told us about counts as taken, though we can sometimes offer one courtesy move. Private and corporate events have their own terms, set out on your quote.
- Do I need to book, or can I walk in?Both. You are welcome to walk in and we will seat you if there is space. On our busy days that is a gamble, so if you have your heart set on a particular time we would book ahead. You can do that online any time.
- How long does a session take?It depends on the experience. Each one shows its length on the booking page before you pay. A pottery painting session gives you a couple of hours, which is plenty for most pieces, and our evening sessions run a little longer. Nobody will rush you out.
- What's included? The studio fee covers everything you use on the day: paints, brushes, aprons, tools, glazing and the kiln firing. You pay for that fee plus the piece you choose.
