Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can cancel for a full refund up to the notice period shown on your confirmation, and inside that window we are not able to refund, because your place and materials are already set aside. You can move your booking instead if you let us know before the deadline on your confirmation, once per booking. A session nobody attends and nobody told us about counts as taken, though we can sometimes offer one courtesy move. Private and corporate events have their own terms, set out on your quote.
